January 19-21, 2022 Judi Betts Workshop - TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT FOR OUR JUDI BETTS WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP IN MARATHON, FLORIDA IN THE FLORIDA KEYS, PLEASE CONTACT US AT DOTTMCF@HOTMAIL.COM - All pending Covid and Safety of course - We have renowned Artist Judi Betts scheduled for JANUARY 2022 for a 3-day Workshop at San Pablo Hall for JANUARY 19th, 20th and 21st, 2022.

Set up on Tuesday, January 18th at 10:00 AM.

Cost is $250 for members and $350 for non-members….check made out to FKWCS and mailed to Dottie.

This is a wonderful opportunity for all to have a long awaited workshop while enjoying each other's company along with Judi’s amazing career of teaching in so many many places for so many years and thousands of students have enjoyed her teaching methods.

Also her books are still so popular… so check those out.

Judi loves the Keys and is so excited to come back to meet us and to share her knowledge of watercolor. She is such a lovely person.

Your Workshop Payment is appreciated and is requested by the end of November at the latest so plans can be completed.

If you recall Judi Betts was scheduled for a 2021 January Workshop but that was cancelled due to Covid.

We are so hoping that does not happen again.

However if for some reason the workshop needs to be cancelled, a Full Refund would be issued.

Our goal is a smaller workshop with Individual Tables, Safe Distancing, Masks and Everyone Vaccinated for the upmost of safety.

Annual Dues are due in September - IT IS THAT TIME OF THE YEAR WHEN $40 DUES SHOULD BE SENT - We hope you will continue to support our Society during this uncertain time. So please forward your membership dues (check payable to FKWCS of $40) to Dottie McFarland when it's convenient for you this Fall. If mailed now and into September, please send to Dottie McFarland at P. O. Box 244, Ludlow, VT 05149.

If a few of you did pay ahead for last year in 2020, your dues will automatically be carried - over and you will be paid up for this coming 2021-2022 Season.

Exhibition - There will be NO Annual FKWCS Exhibition at MCT for 2022…However the Theater has offered any of our members the opportunity to have a group show on their OWN….and hang their work during the theaters March Show called THE OUTSIDER.

We will need a few participating artists to help organize…. And it will be kept simple.

No Judging, Entry Fee, Prize Ribbons or Monetary Awards, And No Show Sitting or Reception. BUT Please make sure your DUES are paid.

This is just a lovely opportunity to be part of the MCT’s Winter Schedule and to show your a artwork.

You do not need a large body of work and depending on interest in this event….we will determine the amount of work artists can show.

We will request that everyone participating,

come to MCT to help hang the show which is Tuesday, March 15th at 10:00 AM and again on Break Down day of show on Tuesday, April 19th at 10:00 AM.

PAINT OUTS: San Pablo Hall (l22nd St Ocean in Marathon)

At this time we have dates for Paint Outs in

January - February and March: THURSDAYS

9-2 ~ $5.00 Donation for use of Hall. Bring your lunch, drop cloth for tables, MASKS and painting supplies. There are plenty of 6ft tables and room to social distance.

All Pending the level of Covid of course!
